Multi-channel digital marketing and SaaS development initiatives to increase lead generation and operational efficiency across multiple brands.
We managed over ten internal and external brands through performance marketing initiatives. By optimizing paid search, paid social, email marketing, and landing page content with SEO-based strategies and conversion-optimized design, we increased the daily average number of leads from under 30 to over 80 and reduced customer acquisition costs by up to 25%. Working within a custom CRM to create Power BI dashboards, we also enhanced lead and sales conversion tracking, enabling us to track MQL quality, CAC, and CLTV metrics in real-time.

CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION
Driving lead generation through paid search and paid social campaigns, we created dozens of strategic landing pages using SEO and paid search performance data. Pairing different brands and creating landing pages with targeted search campaigns resulted in 30% in site conversions and a 25% decrease in customer acquisition costs.
EMAIL MARKETING
With over 100,000 contacts, referrals represented a significant opportunity for growth. Working with affiliate service providers, we launched a comprehensive newsletter and referral marketing campaign across all internal and external brands.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
GTM Companies sought to solidify its position by automating its VA disability claims support services. DBQ Pro and its complementary product, DBQ Doc, would enable veterans to file and dispute health benefit claims with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs without incurring the high costs associated with lawyers or claims managers. Working with executives, software teams, and service experts, I developed a product MVP and a go-to-market strategy to promote the expansion of their new product.
BRAND DEVELOPMENT
As a performance-focused company managing over a dozen small businesses, branding was not a priority. However, to ensure consistency and efficiency for our main lead-generating brand, we created a brand guide to ensure our internal contributors and external contractors were creating content with a consistent visual experience and message.
